Energy Management Solutions

Indigenous Energy Procurement not only procures energy at leading rates, but we also manage clients’ energy consumption. We have significant experience in helping businesses to identify areas of where underlying energy usage can be reduced.

As part of our commitment to reduce energy costs we launched the Target 40 campaign, where we bring leading edge products, services and training to reduce clients’ reliance on grid power help to reduce energy usage by up to 40%.

There are five simple steps to energy reduction:

Step 1

Energy Training Programs – save up to 5% off your energy bill

We provide clients with education and training in order to reduce energy costs. Educating clients on ways to save energy via simple actions can generate materialcost savings.

Step 2

Commercial Energy Management System - save up to 10% off your energy bill

Commercial Energy Management Systems offer clients the ability to take control of their energy expenditure. These systems monitor all energy needs including lighting, HVAC, standby power, amongst other systems and provides comprehensive reporting tools for data analysis and the ability to control energy loads via automated switching if required.

Step 3

LED Lighting – Save up to 10% off your energy bill

LED lighting is the latest and best technology in energy efficient lighting. LED lights are super-efficient using between 40% – 85% less than present lighting styles such as incandescent or halogen lighting. They also have significantly longer lifespans ensuring maintenance savings as well.

Step 4

Demand (kVA) Reduction – save up to 5% plus off your energy bill

Some areas of QLD, NSW VIC, Tas and SA are affected by network charges known as Demand Charges. These are charges on energy bills in the network section and can be very expensive. However energy demand can be regulated via new technologies that can lower energy costs.

Step 5

Solar Energy – save up to 15% off your energy bill

Solar energy is no longer a question of why? Rather, why not? With quality solar panels and inverters now available in the market, solar is a great way to reduce base load energy. Energy costs will reduce, there is a positive impact on the environment and in some cases customers can receive credit from the energy retailer for feeding excess solar energy back into the grid.
